Fee Structure
KAR's fees are based on assets under management and are negotiable. Wealth advisory clients pay a minimum annual fee of $10,000. Separately managed accounts incur an additional fee of 0.30% to 1.25% per annum. For IRA and ERISA accounts, wealth advisory fees are not charged on assets invested in mutual funds sub-advised by KAR or its affiliates.
