CCP charges an investment management fee for managed accounts, ranging from 0.25% to 1.00% of managed assets. Fees are generally lower for clients with higher amounts of assets under management and are negotiated based on client needs, service complexity, and asset types. Certain clients have alternative fee structures, including flat fees, tiered fees, fees based on committed or invested capital, and/or performance fees. Clients may also be invoiced to reimburse CCP for certain expenses relating to the identification, selection, and acquisition of investments.
