Management fees are negotiable and may vary, depending on the complexity of the client’s financial situation. The fee percentage for assets over $5,000,001 is negotiable.
Fee Estimator
Investment management fees are based on a percentage of assets under management. The annual fee is 1.25% on the first $1,000,000, 1.15% on the next $1,000,000 (up to $2,000,000), and 1.00% on the next $3,000,000 (up to $5,000,000). Fees above $5,000,001 are negotiable. Financial planning fees start at $1,000 and are negotiable. Hourly planning engagements are billed at $350/hour. The firm requires a minimum of $1,000,000 of assets under management to work with them, which equates to an annual fee of $12,500. For certain private illiquid investments, Mason may receive a finder’s fee, and the client will not be charged a management fee on the assets invested in that investment.
