Covington charges an annual investment advisory fee ranging from 0.5% to 1% of assets under management, depending on the client's individual situation and investment strategy. Fees are charged at the end of each quarter, calculated by multiplying the client's ending portfolio balance by the appropriate percentage (.125% - .25%). There are no fixed-term contracts, and either party may cancel the agreement in writing at any time.
