Fees for assets above $2,500,001 are negotiable. The wrap fee includes transaction-related expenses, the fee paid to the Portfolio Manager, and Pershing, LLC's transaction costs. Clients may be responsible for additional charges such as annual maintenance fees, electronic fund transfer fees, and mutual fund expenses. The annual fee is billed quarterly in advance.
