Fee Structure
AMTI charges an annual advisory fee of up to 1.75%, calculated on average daily balances and billed quarterly. Fees are negotiable based on assets invested. Clients utilizing the UMA platform may incur additional sub-advisor fees. A 1% account setup recovery fee applies to withdrawals within the first 12 months. Execution charges are temporarily waived, but other brokerage-related fees may apply. AMTI may receive compensation from fund sponsors, creating a potential conflict of interest. A 0.50% annual fee will be charged quarterly in arrears 12 months after the account has been funded with the minimum deposit requirement.
