Fees negotiable for accounts over $10,000,001. Clients may be subject to a different fee schedule depending on when they signed an agreement with our firm. We may also negotiate other fee arrangements, such as a flat percentage of assets under management , depending on the client’s circumstances.
The firm charges an annual fee based on assets under management, using a tiered fee schedule (see table). For financial consulting services, they charge up to 0.25% of net worth, with a $1,500 minimum. Fees are negotiable based on complexity and scope. Clients may also incur fees charged by mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and brokerage firms. Some representatives may receive commissions for selling securities or insurance products, creating a potential conflict of interest.
