Fee Estimator
The annual fee for portfolio management is a percentage of assets under management, paid quarterly in advance. The fee includes certain brokerage commissions and third-party manager fees. A minimum annual fee of $20,000 is generally applied, unless waived. Fees are negotiable based on individual needs, account size, and requested services. The wrap fee may be more or less than fees charged separately for management and transaction brokerage services.
