The maximum annual advisory fee is 2.00% of assets under management. A $150 annual minimum management fee will be assessed on all accounts. For account values of less than $7,500, this may equate to be more than 2%. All accounts will also be assessed a $50 annual administrative and technology fee (ATF). Fees may be negotiable based upon individual account criteria. Fees are collected either in arrears on a monthly or quarterly basis or quarterly in advance.
