The firm offers discretionary investment management services for a negotiable annual fee, generally ranging up to a maximum of 1.50% of assets under management. Fees are prorated and paid quarterly in advance. The fees are directly debited from your account. Financial planning and consulting services are also available. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice, and unearned fees are promptly refunded.
