Clients in the Direct-to-Consumer model pay an annual subscription fee for access to financial planning services and platform features. Clients may also purchase financial planning sessions with a financial advisor. Clients who invest through the Automated Index Investing (AII) programs are not charged an annual management fee by the Firm. However, the mutual funds and ETFs held within AII portfolios may have their own fees.
