Saga Partners charges either a fixed or variable quarterly management fee, with the variable fee ranging from 0% to 1.5% based on the portfolio's value at the end of the preceding quarter. The fixed management fee is negotiated. Fees are deducted from the client's account by the custodian. The firm recommends a minimum initial investment of $250,000, but this may be waived in special situations.
