Fee Structure
Management fees vary depending on the type of account. U.S. Registered Funds pay between 0.016% and 1.35% annually. Private Funds pay between 0.50% and 2.00% annually. Separately Managed Accounts pay between 0.10% and 1.10% annually, with some accounts paying as low as 0.00% over certain asset thresholds. Fees are negotiable for Separately Managed Accounts and investors in Unregistered Funds. Some clients pay performance-based fees. Revenue and profit sharing agreements may also be in place.
