Fee Structure
Gibbs Wealth Management charges an annual investment advisory fee based on a percentage of assets under management. The fees are listed in the table above. Fees may be higher than those charged in the industry. Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources. The annual fee may be negotiable based upon certain criteria. A minimum of $25,000 is required to open an account, but the firm reserves the right to accept accounts with lesser assets at its discretion. TownSquare Capital and Orion Portfolio Solutions also charge fees, which are in addition to Gibbs Wealth Management's fees.
