Freedom charges fees for investment management, platform services, model maintenance, and sub-adviser/model manager services. The Freedom Platform Fee ranges from 0.16% to 0.45% annually for client household assets up to $1,000,000, decreasing to 0.10% or a negotiated rate for assets over $10,000,001. Direct clients are charged up to 2.00% annually, which may be discounted. Clients through separate account management arrangements are charged between 0.25% and 0.35% annually, which may be negotiated. Retirement plan services fees are up to 0.40% annually. The minimum account size on the Freedom platform is $25,000, which may be waived. For clients working with a Freedom IAR, the Platform Fee and Advisory fee are bundled into one Advisory Fee.
