MMLIS offers advisory programs with different fee structures. Some programs have lower maximum fees, which could result in lower client fees. IA-Reps may be incentivized to recommend programs with higher fees. When Affiliated Funds are held in qualified retirement plan accounts and IRAs the account will not be charged the Execution, Clearing and Custody Fee or the Advisor Fee for the portion of the account invested in the Affiliated Funds. The account will be charged any other applicable fees.
