Fee Structure
For asset management, the maximum annual fee is 1.00%, billed monthly in arrears based on the average daily balance. Fees are negotiable. Financial planning and consulting are charged on an hourly basis (up to $1,000/hour) or a flat fee basis (up to $150,000). The fee can be deducted from the managed account or billed directly. Retirement plan consulting has a maximum fee of 1.00% of assets under advisement or may be charged hourly.
