The fee for portfolio management is the greater of a percentage of assets (not exceeding 1.50% annually) or a minimum monthly fee of $200, which advisors can waive or decrease. Financial planning fees can be fixed, monthly subscription, or included with the AUM fee, and are negotiable. Clients may also incur fees and expenses charged by mutual funds and ETFs. A minimum account size of $200,000 is generally required, but exceptions can be made.
