Investment advisory fees are negotiable and typically range from 0.5% to 1.25% annually based on assets under management. Fees are payable monthly in arrears. Some clients may pay fees on certain assets or accounts but not others. Account values of family members may be combined to determine the applicable advisory fee. The firm does not have an account minimum but reserves the right to accept or decline a potential client. Clients also pay other fees and expenses in connection with their investments, such as TPM fees, private fund manager fees, and trading costs.
