Arvest Wealth Management offers various wrap fee programs, each with its own fee structure. The annual Client Advisory Fee is a bundled fee that covers investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage transaction execution, and custody costs. The fee is based on a percentage of assets under management. The Client Advisory Fee also includes a Platform Fee, estimated to range somewhere between .05% and .25%, charged by the Firm, based upon client account size, to offset a program fee that BNYMA and Pershing charge the Firm as compensation for advisory (BNYMA’s overlay/portfolio management services with respect to the BNYMA Advised Programs), administrative, clearing and custody services. Minimum investment amounts vary by program, ranging from $25,000 to $1,000,000.
