Francis receives all compensation in the form of hard dollar consulting fees. Fees for investment consulting services are: $10,000 per separate account per year; $5,000 per public or private mutual fund per year; and $5,000 per family of lifecycle funds per year. Fees for employee education, advisory, and financial wellness services are based on the time and resources anticipated to provide the agreed-upon services. A separate fee is charged for recordkeeper/trustee search services, typically ranging from $3,000 - $5,000 per candidate evaluated.
