Addigence receives a performance-based fee based on the increase in value in each portfolio manager (PM) strategy the client has chosen to replicate in their account. The performance fee is up to 30%, dependent upon the PM strategy as determined by the applicable portfolio manager. Addigence retains 4.75% of the performance fee, with the remainder paid to the portfolio manager. Fees are withdrawn on a 90-day rolling basis or when the client changes their allocation. Monthly fees are also charged for access to Addigence’s online investment platform, payable in advance.
