Advisory fees are typically based on a percentage of assets under management (AUM). Hourly analysis, audit fees, and retirement plan administration fees may be billed separately under different agreements. The sample fee schedule provided is for illustrative purposes only, and actual fees may vary for each Investment Adviser Representative (IAR). However, in no cases will the maximum fee charged to a client at any level exceed 0.80% (8/10 of 1%). A retainer agreement has a minimum fee of $1,000 billed at a rate of $200 per hour. The hourly rate for limited scope engagements is $300.
