Fee Structure
Investment management fees are based on a percentage of assets under management, with a maximum annual fee of 1.50%. Fees are billed monthly in arrears based on the average daily balance. Financial planning services are offered for a separate, negotiable fee. Retirement plan services have flat fees ranging from $2,500 to $50,000, or a percentage of managed plan assets not exceeding 1.00%. A minimum account value of $25,000 is required, but may be waived.
