Fee Structure
Advisory fees are negotiable but will not exceed 2.0% annually, calculated as a percentage of the account value. Fees are assessed monthly or quarterly. Clients participating in the Overlay Program are charged an Overlay Management Fee which will not exceed 1% of the Overlay Value, in addition to the advisory fee. Financial planning fees can be fixed or hourly, as agreed upon in the Financial Planning Agreement. Clients also pay custodial fees and fees charged by investment vehicles.
