PRAG charges an annual wrap fee based on the assets in the account. The fee covers the cost of the portfolio manager, platform fees, transaction costs, and the advisor fee. The annual management wrap fees will not exceed the rates listed in the table above. Minimum fees on wrap-fee programs vary depending on the specific Program and Sub-Manager with ranges typically between $100-$500 annually. All fees may be subject to negotiation.
