GSA offers investment management services for an annual fee based on a percentage of your portfolio's average daily balance, up to a maximum of 1.0%. This fee is in addition to other fees, such as those charged by the funds in your portfolio. Financial planning services are offered for a fee outlined in the financial planning agreement. GSA may waive or negotiate fees in certain instances at its discretion. GSA generally requires a minimum of $500,000 in assets under management and generally $5,000 in minimum annual gross fees for GWM but has discretion to accept lower amounts.
