Meridian charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management, hourly rates (not to exceed $350/hour), or flat fees ($250-$500 per month or quarter) for financial planning and consulting. AUM fees are negotiable. The exact fee will be stated in the Investment Management Agreement. Fees may be waived or offset for clients engaging in portfolio management or other investment management services.
