Fees for advisory services are charged and collected on their behalf by Standard Retirement Services, and are negotiated between the plan sponsor and Standard Retirement Services. Fees for investment advisory services will not exceed 6 basis points (0.06%) of the value of the plan assets. Participants enrolled in Mainspring Managed may be subject to a monthly fee schedule: $0 for balances $0-$5,000, $5 for balances $5,000-$10,000, and $10 for balances $10,000+.
