PCM charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management. Fees are negotiable and can vary based on services, client type, asset classes, relationship, account size, and related accounts. Clients may negotiate a flat fee or a liquidity management fee schedule. Some clients are subject to legacy fee arrangements that can exceed 1% annually. Additional services may be charged separately. Clients should review their invoices and custodial statements to ensure billing practices are consistent with their agreement.
