Fee Structure
TSW charges a fixed-percentage annual fee based on assets under management, as detailed in the Investment Management Agreement (IMA). A minimum asset amount of $1,000,000 is required for new high-net-worth client accounts. Minimums for institutional accounts are $10,000,000, with International strategies requiring $50,000,000. Fees are subject to negotiation and may vary based on assets, complexity, and other factors.
