Managed Account Clients' advisory fees are negotiated and can range up to 1.5% of assets under management. Some clients pay incentive or performance fees. Some clients have individually-negotiated flat fee structures. Clients investing in ICONIQ Private Funds pay additional fees assessed by those funds, potentially resulting in multiple layers of fees. Administration fees may also be charged. Advisory fees may be modified with notice.
