Fees for asset management and Institutional Intelligent Portfolios® are negotiable, but will not exceed 1.50% annually, billed quarterly in advance. Financial planning & consulting fees are charged hourly (up to $500/hour), flat (up to $7,500), or recurring (up to $20,000 annually). Clients paying $6,000 or more in annual advisory fees for asset management or Institutional Intelligent Portfolios® receive ongoing financial planning & consulting with no additional charges unless disclosed in advance. A minimum investment of $5,000 is required for Institutional Intelligent Portfolios®.
