Diversify is compensated for services based on clients’ assets under management and also charges fixed or hourly fees for financial planning and consulting. Fees vary depending on the platform or service selected and may be negotiable. Family office services are charged as a flat fee, paid quarterly in advance, and are negotiated depending on the nature of the relationship and complexity of services to be provided, generally not exceeding $1 million.
