ICM charges an annual fee of up to 1.50% of the market value of assets under management for portfolio management services. These fees are negotiable. Pension consulting services fees are up to 1.00% of the market value of plan assets, also negotiable. Fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions and transaction fees. A minimum of $500,000 is required to establish and maintain an advisory relationship, but this may be waived at ICM's discretion.
