Investment management fees are based on a percentage of assets under management. For traditional securities, the fee is 1.25% on the first $500,000, 1.1% on the next $500,000, 1.0% on the next $1,000,000, and 0.85% on amounts above $2,000,000. For digital securities, the fee is 1% of assets under management. These fees are negotiable. Financial planning and consulting fees are billed hourly, not to exceed $500 per hour. Fees for digital asset consulting are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
