The firm charges an annual advisory fee of 0.10% of assets under management for Ongoing advisory services, accrued monthly and payable upon a "Liquidating Event". For Art Investment Plans, the monthly advisory fee is $1 for investment amounts less than $500, $2 for $501-$2,500, and $4 for $2,500+. These fees are assessed annually. The firm does not currently charge an advisory fee for Point-in-Time advice or Strategy Opportunities. Masterworks receives compensation from Masterworks Issuers.
