Fee Structure
MIURA Investment Advisors charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management, billed quarterly in arrears. These fees range from 0.50% to 2.5% annually. A one-time setup fee of $250 is charged on the first invoice. Fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions and other related costs. Fees are negotiable at the discretion of the firm's manager. Performance fees, ranging from 5% to 20% of gains, may be charged to qualified clients with a net worth greater than $2,200,000.
