Gryphon's fees are negotiable and tailored to the specific services provided. Fees can be based on a percentage of assets under management, hourly charges, fixed fees, or other retainer/service fees. Clients invested in the Gryphon Global Equity strategy will be subject to an additional annual advisory fee up to 0.125%. However, the annual advisory fees charged by Gryphon will not exceed 1.5%. Hourly rates for exit strategy and financial planning range from $100 to $500 per hour. Fixed fees for financial plans may range from $10,000 to $50,000 or more.
