RJIM receives an advisory fee for investment management services rendered to Carillon Tower Series Hedge Fund, LLC, calculated based on a percentage of net assets in the Fund each month. The advisory fee is detailed in the Fund Private Placement Memorandum. For the Carillon PRISM Quality Factor strategy, RJIM receives an advisory fee ranging from 0.25% to 0.50%, calculated based on a percentage of net assets in the account at each calendar quarter end.
