Wealth management fees are calculated as a flat fee of $5,000 plus a percentage of assets under management (AUM). The percentage decreases as AUM increases. The minimum annual fee is $5,000. Fees are calculated quarterly in advance. Clients with contracts prior to May 1, 2019, will remain on their existing fee schedule until they are changed to the current fee schedule by their written authorization. The firm retains the discretion to negotiate alternative fees on a limited client-by-client basis.
