Fee Structure
MNA's fees cover wealth management services, including advice, asset management, account monitoring, and custody. Clients also pay brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and custody charges. Custody fees for ETC are embedded in the fee schedules. MNA may negotiate fee schedules. Clients will soon be offered fee schedules through Envestnet that differ from those reflected in this Brochure. Clients on Envestnet will receive an unbundled fee that includes a higher advice and planning fee and a lower investment fee. Total fees on Envestnet will remain largely the same as the bundled fee shown herein.
