The total Investor Fee includes a Program Fee (0.08% to 0.26%), an Advisory Fee (negotiable, ranging from 0% to 2.00%), and potentially a third-party manager's fee. The Program Fee is retained by EFA. The Advisory Fee is negotiable based on factors like complexity and responsibility. Fees are billed quarterly based on the average daily balance. Clients may incur additional charges such as dealer markups, foreign security costs, and fund expenses.
