Management fees for funds are typically 1.5% per annum of an investor’s capital account, accruing and payable monthly in arrears. Incentive fees are typically 20% of net new income, paid at the end of the calendar year or upon redemption. SMA fees may be similar or alternate fee structures may be agreed upon. SMA clients are directly invoiced, typically quarterly. The firm may vary or waive fees at its discretion.
