BOK Financial Advisors offers various wrap fee programs, each with its own maximum advisory fee. These fees include portfolio management and administrative, clearing, and custody services. The Wealth Portfolios, Advisor Select Flex, and CPS Programs have a maximum fee of 1.75%. The Outside Investment Strategies Program has a maximum fee of 2.50%. The Unified Managed Account (UMA) Program has a maximum fee of 3.00%. The SMA Program has fees of 2.50% for Equity SMA accounts and 1.75% for Fixed Income SMA accounts. The PM Directed Program has a fee of 1.15%. The Advisor Directed Program has a fee of 1.50%. The Digital Advice Program (InvestOn) has a fee of 0.70%. Minimum investment amounts vary by program.
