Annual advisory fees are based on a percentage of assets under management, as detailed in the fee table. A minimum annual fee of $5,000 applies. Accounts below $500,000 charged the minimum fee will experience a fee greater than the published fee schedule. Fixed-fee arrangements are available in some cases. Hourly rates for nonrecurring services range from $110 to $450. Fees do not include mutual fund expenses, brokerage commissions, or custodian fees.
