Fee Structure
Horter charges an annual advisory fee based on a percentage of assets under management, assessed quarterly. The maximum annual fee is 1.99%. Fees are negotiable based on client type, asset class, and account size. Non-discretionary accounts are charged 0.1% with a $50 minimum quarterly fee. Financial planning fees range from $250 to $600 per hour or up to $5,000 as a fixed fee. Clients may also incur custodian fees and mutual fund/ETF expenses.
