Fee Estimator
Investment management fees range from 0% to 1% of assets under management, depending on portfolio size and complexity. The standard fee for fixed income assets is 0.30% per year. The standard fee for equity assets starts at 1.0% and decreases for equity assets exceeding $1 million (see table above). IIA does not charge an investment management fee on cash balances. Fees are payable quarterly in arrears. IIA also charges an annual performance fee on Separate Accounts equal to ten percent (10%) of the net capital appreciation. Minimum account sizes apply. Fees may be negotiable.
