Kinghorn Law's standard advisory fee is based on the market value of the account. The annual fee is 1.0% for assets up to $1,000,000, 0.75% for assets between $1,000,001 and $4,000,000, and 0.60% for assets over $4,000,000. These fees are negotiable and paid quarterly in advance, deducted from the client account by Matson Money. Clients are also responsible for third-party fees such as custodian fees and brokerage fees.
