NewEdge Advisors charges a maximum annual wrap fee of 2.50% of assets under management. Fees are billed quarterly in advance, pro-rata based on the account value. Fees are negotiable. Clients may also pay charges imposed by the custodian or fund companies. The firm utilizes the most appropriate mutual fund share classes available. Clients should understand that a transaction charge for mutual fund and exchange traded fund (ETF) purchases and redemptions may occur in accordance with the appropriate custodial agreement.
